- First-ever Crystal win in the Paid Display: Online category
- Best Large Paid Search Campaign: won 4 of the last 5 years
- Swept both Paid Search categories (Large and Medium) for the second consecutive year, and the third time since 2022
- Third Best Plan B trophy, joining wins in 2020 and 2023
Optidge ranked 3rd out of 67 organizations in the full 2026 field by total finalist count, with 8 nominations spanning 7 distinct client campaigns across 7 different industries.
From ABA therapy to fine jewelry to build-to-rent housing, no two of our finalist campaigns looked anything alike. We are incredibly proud of our ability to serve such a wide range of clients and industries at this level, and this recognition reflects that.
The Winning Campaigns
Brian Gavin Diamonds: Crystal Winner, Paid Display: Online
Brian Gavin Diamonds is a five-generation, family-owned fine jewelry house recognized for its precision-cut Hearts and Arrows diamonds and high-end bridal jewelry. The challenge was not underperformance. It was a creative limitation: the brand’s existing approach was built for warm audiences and was not effectively reaching cold prospects.
Optidge built an always-on, evergreen display campaign anchored by a single, story-driven creative concept designed to introduce the brand to net-new audiences in a way that felt editorial rather than transactional. The results significantly exceeded the stated ROAS objective and demonstrated that a well-crafted display unit can serve as a genuine brand gateway, not just a performance vehicle.
This was also Optidge’s first-ever Crystal win in the Paid Display: Online category, making it a milestone night for the agency beyond just the campaign results.
Blue Ox Moving and Storage: Crystal Winner, Paid Social Media
Blue Ox is a Houston-based, family-owned residential moving company with a strong reputation for care and trust. When Optidge was engaged in early 2025, the brand had no paid social presence and was competing in one of the most crowded home-service verticals in the country.
Rather than compete on price and logistics (where national franchises always win), Optidge built the campaign around the founder’s voice and the company’s personal promise to every customer. The creative approach drove strong efficiency and conversion metrics, and the campaign became the brand’s most reliable source of new business.
SimplyHome: Crystal Winner, Paid Search: Large
SimplyHome is a build-to-rent subsidiary of Camillo Properties, managing communities of newly constructed single-family rental homes across multiple markets in Texas and Oklahoma. When Optidge was engaged, the company had never been able to connect a single ad click to a signed lease.
Optidge rebuilt the account from scratch, restructured the keyword strategy around high-intent renter behavior, and built a full-funnel attribution system that connects Google Ads to their CRM and property management platform. The result was a program that dramatically exceeded its ROAS target and, for the first time, gave SimplyHome complete visibility from ad impression to move-in.
Heartlinks ABA Therapy Solutions: Crystal Winner, Paid Search: Medium
Heartlinks ABA Therapy Solutions provides Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children diagnosed with autism. Optidge launched and managed the Paid Search program for their New Jersey market, a new geography for the brand operating under a new brand identity, in a highly competitive regional landscape.
The defining achievement of this campaign was attribution. Optidge built a closed-loop HubSpot CRM integration that traced every lead through the full intake and sign-on process, replacing proxy metrics with definitive proof of which campaigns were producing paying clients. The results far exceeded expectations on both efficiency and volume.
CompleteRx: Crystal Winner, AMA Best Plan B
CompleteRx is a national hospital pharmacy management company serving hospital executives, chief pharmacy officers, and pharmacy directors. Their first-ever LinkedIn advertising campaign launched in early 2025 and produced zero leads in its first two months.
Rather than continue spending, Optidge paused, diagnosed the issue, and rebuilt the campaign around a completely different format and value exchange. The pivot produced a sustained turnaround that exceeded the client’s annual lead goal by 300% and grew into a multi-channel partnership. The client described the results as the best lead generation the company had seen in years.
Finalist Recognition: Oasis Tile and FamilyTreeDNA
Three campaigns did not take home a Crystal but earned finalist recognition in some of the night’s most competitive categories.
Oasis Tile was a finalist in SEO, competing in a tough field that included multiple entries from the night’s top-nominated agency. The campaign drove substantial year-over-year growth in organic revenue and order volume, moving organic search from a secondary channel to the site’s leading acquisition source.
FamilyTreeDNA earned two finalist recognitions: one in Video: Social Media and one in Marketing Campaigns: B2C, a category that included entries from agencies with significantly larger budgets. Both reflect work that stood up to serious independent scrutiny.
Finalist recognition at the Crystal Awards is genuinely competitive. Reaching the finalist stage out of 67 organizations means the work was independently evaluated and ranked among the best submitted in Houston this year. We are proud of all three.
What This Really Means
Awards do not run campaigns. What they do is provide an independent verification that the work holds up when evaluated by professionals with no stake in the outcome.
The five winning campaigns cover diamond jewelry, local moving and storage, single-family build-to-rent rentals, ABA therapy, and hospital pharmacy management. These are not variations on a theme. Each required a fundamentally different strategy, channel mix, measurement framework, and creative approach, tailored to the specific buyer psychology of that category.
We do not believe in cookie-cutter marketing, nor do we believe a single playbook works across industries. The breadth of this recognition reflects that. By distinct campaigns rather than total finalist slots, Optidge had arguably the most client-diverse showing at the top of the 2026 leaderboard, and that is the story we are most proud to tell.
