One of the standout achievements for Optidge in 2024 was earning a spot on the prestigious Inc. 5000 list, which recognizes the fastest-growing private companies in America. 2024 Crystal Awards Triumph

This year, we celebrated our achievements at the 2024 AMA Crystal Awards, an annual event that brings together some of the most talented marketing professionals in Houston. This year’s event was extra special as it was the first time winning an award in all three of the major service divisions – SEO, PPC, and Paid Social – in the same year.

Welcoming New Talent

Growth was a key theme in 2024, and we were thrilled to welcome many new team members to the Optidge family. We welcomed Batli Joselevitz, Lance Bailey, Emi Lossada, Mary Rios, Sara Strickland, Sarah Edwards, Sarah Long, Lukous Otobashi, Judith Shumba, Pedro Boller, Santiago Schamberger, plus four interns who completed our program.  

Each new addition brought unique skills and fresh perspectives that have already begun to enhance our service offerings. As we continue to expand, we remain committed to fostering a collaborative and supporting environment where every team member can thrive.

Annual Optidge Retreat

Our annual retreat was another highlight this year, providing an invaluable opportunity for team bonding and strategic planning. This gathering allowed everyone at Optidge to connect on a more personal level, share insights, and collaborate on our future direction. 

The retreat not only strengthened our team dynamics, but also inspired new ideas that will shape our strategies moving forward. 

Danny at State of Search 2024

A significant moment for both our agency and the digital marketing community was when our founder, Danny, was selected to speak at the State of Search 2024 Conference. As the first time speaking at a seo-focused event, Danny’s insights resonated with attendees and showcased our thought leadership in the industry. Speaking engagements like this elevate our profile and reaffirm our role as innovators in digital marketing.

Participation in Industry Conferences

In addition to the State of Search, Danny and the Optidge team attended several other conferences throughout the year, including notable events like brightonSEO, SparkToro, AMA’s MarketingEdge, Hero Conference, and more. 

These events provide platforms for networking, learning and sharing our expertise. Engaging with other industry leaders and sharing our knowledge helps us stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends.

Podcast Milestone: 75 Episodes

This December marks a significant milestone for The Digital Marketing Mentor podcast, as we celebrate reaching episode #75. Over the year, we introduced 26 new guests, each bringing their unique insights and experiences to our listeners. 

According to Spotify Wrapped, the podcast following grew 64% with the largest age bracket increase in listeners aged 18-24. One of our most highly streamed episodes was #65 with Noah Frydberg, who is our youngest guest to date as a full-time university student at the University of Texas and founder of multi-million dollar social media marketing agency, Maverick Creative. 

These conversations shared on the podcast have not only enriched our content, but have also fostered a community of learners and marketers eager to explore new ideas.

We were also thrilled to announce that our podcast won two prestigious titles at the 2024 Davey Awards:
